I really had a great experience with Barber Ford of Holland MI when this dealership recently repaired the radio of my F-150 pickup truck. A big THANK YOU to DALE and PETE! On December 24, 2024, my husband, grandson and I were in a car accident. Our 2022 Expedition never rolled over as we went down the embankment. To our surprise the auto insurance totaled the car. We never had to deal with auto insurance when they total a car. Having no clue what to do I reached out to Pete and Dale for help. They both helped us with questions that we needed to ask the insurance company to make sure that we came up with a fair settlement. Pete was also busy looking for a twin of the car that was totaled. To my surprise Pete was able to find a 2024 Expedition like I had. When we picked up the car Pete went through all the deals on how the car had changed over the last two years. Dale had all our finance papers ready for us when we arrived at the dealership. We have gotten older since the last purchase. We wanted to make sure that we had everything safe if one of us passed away. These two gentlemen provided Mike and I with exceptional customer service. That is why we keep coming back to Barber Ford because they cared about us and made us feel like family. More
