Installing new tires I went in today to install new tires for my Honda and taking along a price quote that I had been given earlier. I was surprised that they quoted me a price during this last visit that was nearly $200 higher than the price given during first visit. When I questioned it they brought it down by $70. I asked them why they couldn't honor the original price and asked to speak to their GM. After waiting a while, they finally told me that they would honor the original price given to me in the prior visit. Overall it just seemed like I was in a flea market trying to get the price right. It does not speak at all in terms of trust and integrity at the dealership. Quite frankly, today's visit has come as a total surprise to me since my previous visit have been flawless - but given today's outcome, I am rethinking if I should ever go back there!! More

This year on February 8th I leased a car from this car dealership (the most pathetic dealership). At the time of leasing they were very sweet and helpful. But now from past 2-3 weeks I have been calling t dealership (the most pathetic dealership). At the time of leasing they were very sweet and helpful. But now from past 2-3 weeks I have been calling then to get few answers and help, there is no one to answer. First one person will receive the call and then it will be directed to concern authorities who will never pick up the call. They don’t even bother to get back to you even though you leave 1000’s of voice mails. By chance I was luck enough one day they picked up the call, but again super rude way to talk. They hanged up my call when I was expressing my concern and also they used very harsh language. I am suggesting and requesting to each and everyone who is reading this post to file a complaint to HONDA directly for this dealership. Its my request. Its high time to get a proper service for which we are paying. These guys are on cloud nine, we all can be together and bring them down. And please dont get into any business with them. You will definitely regret. I repeat you will regret. More

Decided to reach out to manager of internet sales, when I mentioned the deal that his salesman gave me and when that he had snapped when I asked him to break it down, manager totally dismissed that I had told him his teammate snapped at me and basically told me that the price he gave me was before taxes (even though salesman assured me was after prior to snapping at me when I asked for a breakdown). Since when is this ok to treat anyone in general like this? As another user said, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Oh, mid you, the salesman knew I would be driving 2 hours from them, must have thought it's ok to lie to get me to come down and get me stuck into buying. More

I have tried twice to buy a new car from Barber Honda. The salesman are terrible. The first time the salesman quoted a price above MSRP. The second time I told the salesman I had decided on a 2020 model and he insisted on showing me leftover 2019s with a lower trim than what I wanted. I finally got him to let me email a list of accessories that I wanted on a Touring model. I never heard from him. I would not recommend Barber Honda to my worst enemy. More
