Went in today for warranty work in my 2017 Rogue.. They took the car in but dealership wanna charge me 139 bucks just diagnosting it!! I told them it's warranty so charge it to warranty company..I had installed a front bumper bullguard and it was bolted to the subframe. The service advisor told me thats where the problem is coming from. So I figure I'll have them take it off to solve the issue.. But he wants to charge 140 bucks just to take 2 subframe bolts!! My husband I should have read these reviews before going to this dealership. We went to trade in my Sentra that did not fit our needs anymore. We feel in love with the Titan the showed us .It had running ra to this dealership. We went to trade in my Sentra that did not fit our needs anymore. We feel in love with the Titan the showed us .It had running rails, tow hitch, and a step on back tail gate. Only problem it was silver and we wanted a black truck. Our sales person said no problem we have the same truck in black we were like ok great we will take it. Now we went on Columbus day so the banks were not open. We were there for about four hours and had to leave so they let us take home the truck until we finished the deal. When they pulled the truck up front we noticed that it was not the same at all. It did not have the running rails. It did not have the tow package. It did not have the step on the back tail gate. Now I am 4 foot eleven I need those steps and my husband and I plan to purchase a food truck in the near future and needed the trailer hitch. The sales man said no problem we can get it done. We go in to sign the deal which ends up being a lease instead of buying. We were told by both the salesman and the finance guy that we would be able to put on the tow hitch and the steps because it would be added value. Fast forward 2 weeks and we still can not get a hold of anyone to get them put on. I put a call in to manager today. I was on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. I called back and gave them my information for a return call that I probably wont get. And to top it all off they still have not sent me anything to make our first payment.????????? More

I took a test drive with Mike Jacko and contacted the executive manager Brittany Barberino herself and no response ever. False advertising is illegal. That tells you what you'd be getting if you purchase from this place, scammed. Don't fall for their scams. Go to a reputable place. I encourage you to contact the BBB and the government of their scam offers which I keep on receiving from them. No stars deserved. More
