Firstly what represents the 1 star is that the parts associate I spoke with was straightforward and respectful. Now, the reason 4 stars will remain unselected is because I have a 2022 Honda and it’s bee associate I spoke with was straightforward and respectful. The parts finally arrived in September 2022 and 1 specific part that meant the most was ordered incorrectly on Honda’s end stated by the associate I spoke with. After months and months of the part being on back order with no ETA then finally having an ETA. How Honda how could you order the wrong part. How do you mix up front sensors and back sensors. And now there is no ETA for the correct part that was ordered in the first place, Really? Yes I understand everyone makes mistakes but after receiving numerous of calls concerning this order for particular parts, everything should’ve been darn near perfect! More

Yesterday we went in to look at a used car for my 16 year old. Jimmy met us in the parking lot and showed us the car we thought we wanted. I went back in and Jimmy was ready and willing to help us. We were at the dealership for a while and Jimmy was so helpful.
