I had a excellent experience at Barbour- Hendricks. I went online and noticed they had the car I had been looking high and low for, 2016 MDX. Instantly I called and I spoke with Dawn Peters. I explaine I went online and noticed they had the car I had been looking high and low for, 2016 MDX. Instantly I called and I spoke with Dawn Peters. I explained that I lived in Raleigh, and I didn’t want to travel all the way to Greenville for a car to be disappointed once I got there, something I had already been through within the last 2 months while going car shopping. I also explained that the bank had certain expectations, which had to be met before I purchased the car through my bank. She totally understood and send me a in-depth video of the car, in and out, told me the exact mileage on the car and stated once I got there she would provide me with the Car-Fax. Let’s just say by the time I talked to her I was planning my trip to Greenville, which I had went the very next day and if I could have, I would of went that same day but I was at work. Once arriving Dawn made my purchase as smooth as possible. I can go on and on about how great my experience was with Dawn, but I would be here all day. But, I would say I instantly fell in love with my car once arriving and I’m still in love with my car and I’m blessed to have met someone like Dawn peters, because before meeting her my hopes of finding exactly what I wanted and meeting the expectations of what the bank wanted was gone. Long story short, I got my car to Justin after another shop completely des you just meet and go home and thank God for people in this world like him. Long story short, I got my car to Justin after another shop completely destroyed a perfectly good transmission by putting the wrong fluid in during a prior service. Justin not only contacted the shop that destroyed my transmission, he also kept a sample of the fluid extracted from my car for proof. Justin was extremely helpful and comforting, he kept me in the loop regarding my vehicle and repair status. Justin was a breath of fresh air after everything I’d encountered, he treated me like I was his daughter.
