Great Experience All Around I had been looking for a truck for 4 months.... literally 4 months. I met countless annoying and pushy salesmen along the way. They tried to sell me v I had been looking for a truck for 4 months.... literally 4 months. I met countless annoying and pushy salesmen along the way. They tried to sell me vehicles I had no interest in and didn't even listen to my concerns or preferences. They called me 3 times a day and then texted me when I didn't answer my phone. One day I was just browsing online at local dealerships in town and came across Barker Motor Company which was literally right down the street from my residence. I decided to stop by and look at a few trucks. That's when I first met Scotty Lewis. He didn't run up to me and harass me which I found very odd based off past experiences. Instead he greeted me with a wave and a "Hey buddy!". He then responded "If there's anything that catches your eye that you want to test drive let me know". I saw a truck and thought this could finally be the one. I test drove the truck and afterwards he said "think about it and if you like it call me" and handed me a business card. I was waiting for him to ask me for my number. He never did... I thought to myself "wow, this experience is completely different than any other dealership." They usually demand my number or try to extract it out of me somehow. I returned the very next day with my family to get their opinion. Scotty was beyond friendly and courteous to me and them. We then began to talk prices to purchase the vehicle. Scotty Lewis and Matt Bassi were more than willing to work with me on the price. They even offered me a great value on my trade-in and offered to fix the scratches which were a concern to me. Even after I purchased the truck Scotty was always there for me, night and day via phone or text. Everything they promised, they delivered. I brought my truck in the following week to get the scratches fixed and they gave me a brand new loaner vehicle. I picked up my truck the following day and the scratches were repaired professionally. Scotty even said he found headphones for my car and gave them to me. Overall everyone I came in contact with was very nice, personable and professional. Matt and Scotty really made my purchase a great experience. I have already recommended this dealership to other people. Thanks Scotty for all your help and assistance. You are truly a great guy. We had the pleasure of working with Brian Brown, Jon Reed and Matt Bassi. They were all very professional and very helpful!! Jon spent over an hour making us familiar with all of the car's features. That's something that has never happened to us before. Matt made sure that there were no surprises with financing the car. These guys were amazing!!
