There has always been a consistent standard of excellence in the Sales and Service Departments. They do something that is lost in today's market, they thank you for your patronage. It had been some time since the last car buying experience for me. They made the process enjoyable. I was able to find the vehicle that I wanted, without having to compromise. My sales representative, Kori Parker is a seasoned professional, who understands that buying or leasing a vehicle is a big decision. He is knowledgeable and patient. He provided insight about the different models that I was looking at. We shopped until I had seen all the different models I was considering. He found me the vehicle that I determined that I wanted to purchase. No phony fast talk or pressure from Kori. You can tell that he wants to have you be a Barker patron for life. I gave 3 stars mainly because I am frustrated that every time I go in for an oil change/tire rotation I have to double check the work. Was disappointed there was another new person working in service, this time I go in for an oil change/tire rotation I have to double check the work. Was disappointed there was another new person working in service, this one was not as good as Cody. Asked for one of the summary sheets (red, yellow, green) on all the specifics, didn't know what I was talking about and then prints it in black and white. In addition, says I need an engine filter and wiper blades (replaced those in summer '23), didn't need either one and as difficult as it is to get to the engine filter, I know they didn't check it. What I did need was a cabin filter and after I checked that myself, I realized that NO ONE has checked it for the last year, as there was a date of 1/2023 on it. And, the one thing that is broke on my car, one of my tire sensors......never said anything about. Really frustrating that the price for these services keeps going up and the quality and legitimacy of the work keeps going down. I came back to Bloomington, after having issues with Lexington (and having my tires ruined because of lack of rotation) Guess I will have to explore other out of town options. More
