My husband Jason and I had bought a camper and was told the truck would pull it. Well when we hook the camper up the back end squatted so bad it was evident it was not going to pull it. It was cold rainy we stopped out in the lot got out of the truck was looking at vehicles and out came a sales girl, Mackenzie. She was so polite,so nice and so helpful. She took us into her office and said let me do a dealer search. She found us the exact truck that we were looking for one state away. She got Robb involved and he was awesome as well! Everyone there was amazing. They made you feel like they were really truly happy that you were there. We went and picked up our new truck on March 20th and we love it! I would recommend anybody to go to Barker GMC it wasn't high pressure, they didn't try to get us to buy something else, they listened to what we wanted and they found it! When I discovered this, I was told it is my responsibility to tell the dealership the correct vehicle, as there is no way to remove or flag the unused vehicle from our record. I had to wait 20 minutes to check in on a prescheduled appointment. I was on crutches and no one offered me a seat! The service area is confusing which check in station to go to, as that is not made clear. The shuttle service driver was very pleasant and efficient.
