I've purchased two new vehicles from Barker in the past 3 years and will NEVER purchase another vehicle again from Barker. The sales team is awesome! However, the service side of Barker's business is horribl years and will NEVER purchase another vehicle again from Barker. The sales team is awesome! However, the service side of Barker's business is horrible, and needs an overhaul. A tech broke a zipper on our driver seat and it took several months for someone to reach back out to us to fix. Then it took several months to fix it after a bunch of back and forth. We had another recall and had an appointment setup and were called to come pick our vehicle up because the tech that was supposed to fix our vehicle was off. Then we had to reschedule. Senior Management needs to implement some type of QAR (Quality Action Report) so Barker can get down to the root cause of all of the issues the Service Department is having. You've definitely lost a loyal customer due to the horrible service Barker has. More
