If I could rate it less than 1 I certainly would. I brought my truck in a month ago for recall work. The original appointment had been scheduled for 2 weeks when they delayed it another week. Once I fi brought my truck in a month ago for recall work. The original appointment had been scheduled for 2 weeks when they delayed it another week. Once I finally got the truck in to be worked on, after 2 hours of calling for a progress update, they tell me they wouldn’t be finished and I would have to wait another day. Day 2 rolls around and the tell me they didn’t get to start and it would be ready shortly. Then they tell me they didn’t know that to replace parts they had to get the replacement parts ahead of time. 3 weeks later I bring my truck back for a 2-3 hour job. That was 1 week ago and I am still waiting on an update to find out when this 2-3 hour job will be completed. I made the first mistake by bringing my truck to this dismal excuse of a dealership. My second mistake was not taking them up on a loaner vehicle. I suppose had I gotten a loaner, they would get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Absolutely inexcusable. More
