I took my truck here for an oil change and multi point inspection and I don’t call what they did a multi point inspection I was told I needed brakes that was a lie the one fluid that was low on my truck w inspection and I don’t call what they did a multi point inspection I was told I needed brakes that was a lie the one fluid that was low on my truck which was windshield washer fluid wasn’t even filled back up. My brakes looked brand new. My main concern is them telling me I needed brakes which I didn’t and not telling me I needed struts. I will not be returning for business More

They went above and beyond to help me WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR RIMS LEAKING RANDY CONTACTED GMC FOR US AND WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY IT WAS NOT O WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH OUR RIMS LEAKING RANDY CONTACTED GMC FOR US AND WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT AND THERE WAS NO WAY FOR US TO KNOW THIS WAS GOING ON. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US WITH THIS PROBLEM AND GMC IS REIMBURSING US FOR THE COST. I WOULD BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE HERE JUST BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE I RECEIVED.
