I made an appointment to get my back break pads replaced on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 9:00am. I checked in when I got there and they took my vehicle. About 10 minutes later the service guy came and told on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 9:00am. I checked in when I got there and they took my vehicle. About 10 minutes later the service guy came and told us the part was not ordered and I would have to bring it back on another day. Did they not check that the part was not there???? Not very impressed or happy. Now I have to make another trip to the dealership when the part comes in. More

My car was in the body shop for almost 2 months. Not once did they call to update me on the status of my vehicle. I had to call several times to get information. I asked if I could come in the next day to pay by check and get a refund on my credit card. They said that they would find out and call me back. Of course, I had to call twice before I was told that I could not. I wished someone would have informed me of the service charge which was $300! More
