Service review I made my appointment one week in advance to be first in the morning to get in and out quickly. I requested a loaner or rental but was rejected. A va I made my appointment one week in advance to be first in the morning to get in and out quickly. I requested a loaner or rental but was rejected. A valet brought me to my office. I was told it would be about 2and one half hours to change oil and mount 4 tires. After 4 hours I called and was told everyone was out to lunch and no one could give me any information. Half hour later I walked one mile form my office and approached the service counter that informed me that my vehicle was ready after 5 hours. I missed two appointments because of this delay. I was told that if I waited in the lobby I would get faster service. Also, I was told that 4 technitions did was not there that day was the reason it was delayed. They should have told me that so I could reschedule or go somewhere else for faster service. After over 20 years of dealing with them I won"t be back. More
