Salesmen withheld information on the first car a 2019 Regal was getting these great discounts however when test driving I noticed that the car already had just under 3k miles on i on the first car a 2019 Regal was getting these great discounts however when test driving I noticed that the car already had just under 3k miles on it and when I returned back to the dealership and complained about it that's when the salesmen said it was previously used as a loaner but was lead to believe it was brand new before the test drive. My wife was trading in another car and I was not present at the time she first went to the dealership. On her second visit she asked me to join her, I felt suspicious of the salesmen after the test drive that the salesman may have attempted to take advantage of her because she was a women. The next car we were interested in was the Lacrosse it had similiar features as the car we were trading in a 2015 Hyundai Genisis however there were none on the lot but one was coming in soon. The Finance person was great and gave us a good deal on this car and the car we were trading in so we made the purchase and was told the car would be in any day I assumed that meant 3 to 5 days but did not actually come until almost 2 weeks later. We love the car however the salesman said the car had the blind spot feature where the light blinks on the side mirrors when there is a car approaching in another lane. This feature is not working however at the time of this review I have not have the time to bring the back to find out if this feature is just not working or is not installed in the car. It was in the Regal and the 2 loaners of lesser value my wife drove. More

Brake replacement I went in to have the front brakes done on my 2011 GMC Sierra. It took 4.5 hrs . That is rediculous it was 3 hrs before I was informed that the roto I went in to have the front brakes done on my 2011 GMC Sierra. It took 4.5 hrs . That is rediculous it was 3 hrs before I was informed that the rotor resurface machine broke down. Normally the service is great there. More

Very professional staff, including Jacob, the service technician, and the payment clerk. An enjoyable experience. Great Service I always bring my car in for a oil change and tire rotation when due. Each time I am met by Jacob who meets me as soon as I pull up and takes my car t I always bring my car in for a oil change and tire rotation when due. Each time I am met by Jacob who meets me as soon as I pull up and takes my car to service. He takes care of my service issue in a timely fashion. This visit he also recommended tire be changed due to excessive wear that I am considering doing. When my vehicle was finished he personally came to the waiting area and walk me to the cashier. He thanked me for bring my vehicle in for service. Every time I have brought my vehicle in for service Jacob is consistent about getting me in and out in a timely fashion More
