Paint Repair For the most part the experience was smooth. My spouse and I bought a new 2018 Terrain Denali. There was a couple spots with chips in the paint. They attempted to touch it up, which in my opinion made it worse. They did offer and then choose to paint the entire passenger side. I am happy with outcome. Serviced Brought car in for an Oil and filter changed. Jacob called and said the brake pads in the back of the car were a 2 and they could last a little longe Brought car in for an Oil and filter changed. Jacob called and said the brake pads in the back of the car were a 2 and they could last a little longer but will be needed to be changed in the future, I choose to go ahead and have them changed while my car was in the shop rather than making another trip there in the future, this saved me time. They did an outstanding job. More

Good service but needs improvement I have dealt with this dealership for 3 years now and i don't have any complaint. The staff are friendly and processional. However their service is ce I have dealt with this dealership for 3 years now and i don't have any complaint. The staff are friendly and processional. However their service is cery time consuming. It takes more than an hour for oil change. They do not offer rental/courtesy car. Some may not have any problem with that, but as that old saying says time is money. My last visit was for a manadatory recall and i was asked if i want to an oil change as well which i agreed. Upon dropping my vehicle i was told that to it may take 2 hours for the whole services. They did not have a driver to take me home that day and said they have a "waiting list" for rentals. I had to ask them to just perform the recall only which did not take long. I took my truck to another place for oil change. In conclusion,they have a great service, but i recommendtge place if you have extra time on hand or someone to pick you up. More
