Not exactly happy Brought in to have onstar antenna replaced due to alert from onstar. Got my vehicle back the following day (Friday). No problem since they had to orde Brought in to have onstar antenna replaced due to alert from onstar. Got my vehicle back the following day (Friday). No problem since they had to order the part. Noticed the following day that the roof console where the antenna was installed is loose. Also found a black hex screw on the driver’s side floor mat. Brought vehicle back on Monday for that to be fixed. It was. After leaving the facility, I noticed a loud rattling from the DVD player on the ceiling. Upon inspection of the DVD player, I found a silver washer-type spacer on the floor mat in the back seat area. I called for the service manager on Tuesday and a message was taken and my phone number was left for contacting. Once he returns my phone call, I hope this issue will be resolved. More

Tire repair My GMC vehicles tires were not in stock at a GMC service center?!?!? This of course was not noticed until after the fact that they knew my car was co My GMC vehicles tires were not in stock at a GMC service center?!?!? This of course was not noticed until after the fact that they knew my car was coming in for a tire repair and my husband brought it in to be fixed. He waited 30 minutes for them to tell him they couldn't patch it, which I told them they wouldn't be able to because it was a huge bolt in my tire. I had to go back the next day to get it fixed. Ridiculous! I live 45 minutes away, wasted time, gas, and breath. It's not so much the people, it's the lack of communication. More
