Fast and SAFE We are elderly and very afraid of covid19! My car has shown the maintenance light since late February, but bc of the virus we have not wanted anyone We are elderly and very afraid of covid19! My car has shown the maintenance light since late February, but bc of the virus we have not wanted anyone to touch the car lest we contract the virus! We should NOT have worried. Every employee was masked and STAYED masked. They FOGGED the inside of my car with disinfectant upon arrival and fogged it AGAIN when I picked it up. Inside, employees were behind poly shield panels. They disinfected my credit card, the ink pen, and my key in front of my eyes. There was hand sanitizer very readily available after I touched the door handle and the papers. Unfortunately, there were two customers waiting in the lobby for their cars. They were wearing their masks UNDER their chins. No one said anything to them. I made sure to stay far away from them. I know 14 people who got the virus. Two of them DIED! This virus is real and it's a monster! Not wearing a mask is selfish and irresponsible! Houma's Honda service dept. made me feel safe with all the precautions they took. Do not hesitate to take your car in for service. I dropped my car off and came back an hour or so later. I'm glad that I didn't need to wait inside. I WOULD HAVE waited outside at the chairs and tables that were provided under the patio area, even though it would have been hot! Thank you, Honda Service, for keeping me safe! Once again, service was fast, SAFE, and exemplary. You will always have my business bc of your service dept. More
