The actual service is great. The problem I have is in scheduling. This has happen to me twice in a row on two separate occasions. I received notice of a recall. I call at 7:30 AM and ask to speak to the scheduling. This has happen to me twice in a row on two separate occasions. I received notice of a recall. I call at 7:30 AM and ask to speak to the service dept. I'm told that they are too busy checking cars in and that someone will call me back. The first time I waited four hours , no call . The second time I waited two hours, no call. after each instance I called back demand to speak to service, once I get a service person they apologize say they never got any messages. When this happens twice in a row, there is a problem. More
