Good service but long wait Service is always great here. Usually not a problem. Today however, I was there for a tire rotation and an oil change. It took about 2 hours. After being told it was almost ready, no one came to let me know they were changing something that was recalled. Though I appreciate them doing that, I wish they would have checked with me first to make sure I didn't need to be somewhere first. I surely would have had a friend come and pick me up instead of waiting. More
