The car was very clean and we purchased the car the same day. There were no hidden fees attached to the Internet price and no aggravation during the purchase. Very bad experience at Baron Honda. They are a small dealership and don't really have a good selection of vehicles. They try to get you to buy what they have on the lot. If you want something specific dealership and don't really have a good selection of vehicles. They try to get you to buy what they have on the lot. If you want something specific, it is difficult for them to get it because they really don't have good relationships with other dealers. My salesman was not nice at all and not sympathetic to my situation at all. He said "Yes" to everything and then could not deliver what I wanted. The receipt was handwritten and illegible. Numbers did not add up correctly. If you like slimy salesman tactics then this is the place for you. I would never set foot in there again. I am very glad I got my deposit back and went elsewhere to buy my Honda. More

After all my searching around Maria gave me the best price. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived Maria introduced me to Ernie. Ernie honored everything Maria and I spoke about with no hidden charges. I was looking for a color that wasn't in stock so they found one at another location. They promised the car was to be there in a few days and it was. We picked up the car the same day it arrived at the dealership. Theresa the finance manager was great. NO Hassle at all! Signed the papers and on our way in our new CRV! Thank you Baron Honda! More

I walked in and worked with David Burns who was very nice, professional and courteous. We agreed on a great price with no games involved. David wasn't available to be there the day I was able to pick up nice, professional and courteous. We agreed on a great price with no games involved. He explained all the gadgets in the car and was very patient while we inspected the car. My main concern was meeting with the finance person when it came time for signing the loan papers. I was amazed how Theresa was very professional, knowledgeable and not pushy or confusing. In fact she was very patient when I didn't understand some of the figures. But in the end it came out to exactly what I calculated. She was a pleasure to work with and I felt very relaxed working with her. More

I was carrying out competitive bidding with various dealerships for a new Honda Fit and this was the only Honda dealership on Long Island, that made me call back, then proceeded to not give me any last dealerships for a new Honda Fit and this was the only Honda dealership on Long Island, that made me call back, then proceeded to not give me any last names and then told me they "don't do business this way" in a rude and un-customer friendly way. Every other dealer was willing to email or call back and give me a price. Funny that I also had a call with their elevator music playing on my cellphone as a message...not sure what that was about.
