We went to Baron Honda on Medford Avenue in Patchogue, NY and was approached by Bobby Brodeur. He greeted me and my wife with the utmost respect. Introduced himself and asked us how he could help us. We told him what type of car we were looking for and he told us to sit tight. He went outside and drove the car right up to the front door and had us get into the car! A funny thing happened next, He showed us all of the ins and outs of the car, than told us to take our time and test drive the car and he told us when we came back that he would answer any questions that we had about the car! Me and my wife looked at each other like "What??" No salesman annoying you in the test drive?? Not only did he tell us to take our time test driving the car, but he was so nice and NON-PUSHY that I was a little awestruck! We took our time on the test drive and came back and he answered every one of our questions! Then another funny thing happened, I told him I already had a loan approved thru TFCU and can you just give us the best price possible. Not only did he beat the lowest price I was quoted by $1500.00 but not once did he pressure us or make us feel like we were REALLY IN A CAR DEALERSHIP!!! It was like we knew Bobby Brodeur for the last 20 years and it was just a get together of old friends!! HE EVEN TOLD US TO WAIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY TO BUY THE CAR BECAUSE TFCU WAS CLOSING IN AN HOUR AND THERE WAS NO RUSH!!! Not your typical Car Salesman and definitely not your typical Car Dealership!! We just picked up the car today, he had everything prepped and ready including all of the paperwork!! We arrived at the dealership at 3:30pm and we were done by 3:50pm!!! (That's Insane!!!) Not one instance did he try to finagle, or did the dealership try to finagle any aspect of the entire car purchasing experience!!! He even took care of returning our old 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport which was leased and had to be turned in back to Hyundai for us because I just had back surgery!!! I will be a Baron Honda customer for LIFE and I have never in the last 25 years of buying cars had such a positive, honest, knowledgeable, friendly and unbelievable experience than I did with Bobby and Baron Honda. Bobby Comes Through- Again! I leased a 2014 Honda Accord hybrid from Baron Honda. My salesman at the time was Bobby Brodeur. I loved my car and was planning on keeping but when I leased a 2014 Honda Accord hybrid from Baron Honda. My salesman at the time was Bobby Brodeur. I loved my car and was planning on keeping but when the 2017 came out and had the larger trunk and remote start (which I missed terribly), I decided to start shopping. I went to another dealer who quoted me a ridiculous price to upgrade. No deal! A few months later, since I had purchased my first hybrid from Bobby at Baron, (I was very happy the first time), I decided to return to see if he could help me. Bobby was awesome! He worked a great deal for me and I was sold! He said pick your color and we'll get it for you! Wow! I was so excited! The only dilemma now was the color I choose. It was very hard to find -only one dealer in the Tri State had it! Bobby worked hard to get the car that I wanted from another dealer in CT! I don't think many salespeople would be so accommodating to insure that I would have just the one I wanted!. Bobby made the buying process easy, kept me informed every step of the way and even sent me a picture of my car when it got to the dealership from CT! If you are looking for an honest, straightforward salesman, go see Bobby! I LOVED my first Honda Accord hybrid ( would happily be a spokesperson for this fabulous luxurious hybrid) and I am positive I will love this one as much if not more! BTW- It's baby blue- so pretty!
