Service dept is a disaster Went in for service and was told that there is a 1 hour wait for a oil change after 2 1/2 hours I got my car back. In the mean while was outside the Went in for service and was told that there is a 1 hour wait for a oil change after 2 1/2 hours I got my car back. In the mean while was outside the shop and all I hear was remarks about things that should not be said out load coming from the shop. Very unprofessional Service technicians. I will not return to this dealer. I am writing a letter to the owner about this matter. Really not a way to run a business. More

This was our first time going to this dealership and we were thoroughly satisfied. There are no bells, no whistles, just a great product and great staff. I just picked up my new lease (gave back my current leased(2013 Honda CRV LX vehicle with no hassle) it took about 30 mins tops and he walked me through all of the features to my new 2015 Honda CRV EX Copper sunset pearl which was a great choice. Immediately i could tell the employees there were far nicer and more understanding and right away helped me with my questions. No nonsense bottom line gave me a great deal and without going in circles too. I dealt with Bobby Brodeur, who is a wonderful salesman. Very understanding and friendly and did everything he could to help me out and get me a car as fast as possible. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
