My experience at Baron Honda was truly outstanding. I had visited several dealerships while looking for a new car and found most to use "hard sell" and high pressure tactics. From the first time I walked in, Jack Curran was great. I never felt as if he was trying to pressure me which I really appreciated. He talked to me about my needs and then helped me find a vehicle that fit my financial constraints perfectly. He was friendly, approachable and professional. I would absolutely recommend Baron Honda to anyone looking for a new car or SUV. The day I went to pick up my new CRV, Jack was ready for me. Best Used Car Experiance Ever!! This was by far the best experiance I've EVER had buying a used car. This was extremely helpful, as we were driving almost an hour to Baron Honda. After determining there was a Honda Odyssey within our price range, we made the trip out to Patchoque. Best move we made. When we arrived we found the employees very friendly and easy to talk to. This isn't something I can say for the dealerships we visited in all of Nassua county. Right off the bat Steve Jasuta was very accomodating and showed us the cars that Jenna had spoken to us previously. He was friendly and not pushy, which was odd, because I don't remember car salesmen actually being kind or honest. This alone was a huge win for us, and even if we didn't like the van we would have waited until something in our range showed up there. Throughout the entire experiance Steve took good care of us and texted us throughout the day to let us know the status of the sale. We couldn't have been blessed with a better salesmen. Seriously, just go there and buy something from him. Lastly, we met with Joe Giella to review the financial part of the deal. I've bought used cars in the past and I was waiting for the bait-and-switch when it came to money. At Baron Honda I didn't get that. All we received was the continual honest service with a smile. I seriously couldn't believe it. We ended up purchasing the extended warranty anyway. Overall, this was the best used car experiance my wife and I have ever had. We had gone to over 10 dealerships the previous week and walked out of each one feeling dirty and offended. Going to Baron Honda made you feel like you were going to see your friends. After looking around for three months test driving many different brands and models, I finally decided to purchase a 2013 Honda Crosstour. I visited the 3 closest dealerships to where I live. Those dealerships just could not put it all together for my liking. I was looking for an aggressive price, an extended warranty that wasn't crazy high in cost, the car being in inventory and a dealership that had an excellent consumer rating. Then I found Jack Curran at Baron Honda. Jack & Barron Honda came through on all of the above, I purchased the car within the week. I found Jack to be honest, straight forward, knowledgeable, low pressured. Jack and Dominick did everything right to make sure the sale went through without any problems. Closing the purchase with Joseph Giella in Finance was the best in my over 40 years of buying cars.
