This is the first Honda we have owned and the best performing vehicle. This service dept is the only one that has serviced this vehicle. The staff in the service dept are excellent and very professional. We never had one compliant in the last 4+ years. We do not reside in the neighborhood of this dealership, but we keep coming back because of the service we receive. Thank-you More

Vehicle issue made me, mechanic tech , and service staff laugh. Squirrels made a little feeding area in my intake which was not allowing engine to work to capacity , tech found the issue and solved the issue .thanks everyone at baron More
2014 Honda Accord for service We took our 2014 Honda Accord for service, where can was starting and needed a jump start every time car stopped. Was told car wont be looked @ for c We took our 2014 Honda Accord for service, where can was starting and needed a jump start every time car stopped. Was told car wont be looked @ for couple days because they're short on techs. Asked for loaner was told you are on your own. After 7-8 phone calls car was finally looked @. I was told nothing wrong with the car and you can take the car back. Was charged $50 for nothing. But the issue continued, took the car to local mechanic he right away check the battery and suggested replace the battery and need to clean the terminals. I followed his advise and walla car fixed. I honestly dont think car was looked @ car dealership and worst part is from receptionist on to service manager they're absolutely pathetic to deal with. MY suggestion, do not take your in for service they're bunch of liars and rude folks working there. More
Service Department is Extemely Unprofessional The Service department at Baron Honda is terrible. I urge anyone buying or seeking repairs to any vehicle to avoid Baron Honda of Medford. My wife The Service department at Baron Honda is terrible. I urge anyone buying or seeking repairs to any vehicle to avoid Baron Honda of Medford. My wife dropped of her car for a safety recall on the air bags. After the car was returned she immediately began having an intermittent issue with the car alarm malfunctioning. I returned to Baron Honda, the service manager tested my battery and told me it was dead. Taking him at his word, I replaced the battery. The problem remained. I tested the battery myself and it was not dead, so the $160 non-returnable replacement battery was wasted money. I returned to Baron Honda for a second time and was told that "the car is 13 years old", "We didn't touch the alarm" and that I should just disconnect it. I told them, the alarm and remote start worked on Monday. You worked on the car, now it doesn't work. You told me the battery was dead. It isn't, I'm out $160 because of that and my car is still malfunctioning. At that point the service manager said, "I'm done - go some place else. Get lost" and the service manager slunk off to hide in his office. Baron Honda, their staff is rude, incompetent and unwilling to fix problems created by their employees. DO NOT give them your business. More

oil change On Thursday june 9,2016,I called The Baron Honda Service department around 2:30 pm to ask if I can bring my civic for oil change and I was told only On Thursday june 9,2016,I called The Baron Honda Service department around 2:30 pm to ask if I can bring my civic for oil change and I was told only if I can make it with in an hour. I managed to make it in less then 0:40 min. At the service write up I presented oil change coupon they send me thru marketing mail. I was told to wait. I was the only one in waiting room. Few minutes later service write up lady told me that the technician can not open the oil drain plug. If we try it might strips or brake and we would have a disable car on lift. Options needs oil pan or leave it as it is. I told them leave it. They gave my car back with no invoice. When I asked about it I was told never mind. I left there and went to my area auto repair shop for oil change and it was done in no time with out any problems or issues. This proves me that dealer ship service people wanted to sell me oil pan since they got me in thru their marketing mail or coupons. I would never go back to them. More
