oil change On Thursday june 9,2016,I called The Baron Honda Service department around 2:30 pm to ask if I can bring my civic for oil change and I was told only On Thursday june 9,2016,I called The Baron Honda Service department around 2:30 pm to ask if I can bring my civic for oil change and I was told only if I can make it with in an hour. I managed to make it in less then 0:40 min. At the service write up I presented oil change coupon they send me thru marketing mail. I was told to wait. I was the only one in waiting room. Few minutes later service write up lady told me that the technician can not open the oil drain plug. If we try it might strips or brake and we would have a disable car on lift. Options needs oil pan or leave it as it is. I told them leave it. They gave my car back with no invoice. When I asked about it I was told never mind. I left there and went to my area auto repair shop for oil change and it was done in no time with out any problems or issues. This proves me that dealer ship service people wanted to sell me oil pan since they got me in thru their marketing mail or coupons. I would never go back to them. More

Jack Curran scammed and lied!!! Total xxxxxxx My name is Danielle Valerioti and I am retracting any kind words I said about Jack Curran in my original review. It has come to my attention that Jac My name is Danielle Valerioti and I am retracting any kind words I said about Jack Curran in my original review. It has come to my attention that Jack deliberately mislead my last month (September 2015), when I brought in my car because it was ruined because it was a defect. At that time Jack told me that my ONLY option was to start up a brand new lease. Trusting that he is an honest person, I sadly believed that signing a new contract was the only thing to do, so we did. Yesterday (Oct. 21), when I went into the dealership, Jack admitted that he totally scammed me by making me sign the new lease, and what he SHOULD have done was to send me to service because the car was still under warranty. What's worse it that Tony agreed that I should never have been told to sign a new lease. He was actually puzzled about why Jack would have even done that. When we questioned Jack and ran away and refused to answer. I asked Tony just to give me my $3,000 back and take the car back, but he said he would have to figure it out with Dominic Roncone tomorrow, (today October 22), and that they would call me in the morning. Well, needless to say, when I didn't hear from them, I called and was told that Tony took today off. When I asked to speak with Dominic, I was transferred to his voice mail. I left him a message asking him to please call me back. It is now 8:02pm and nobody has contacted me. It seems they would rather NOT do the right thing. They have decided to keep my money and deal with what is about to erupt from this xxxx STORM they just created. Unfortunately for them, and probably the entire staff, they now have to face the investigation that is being brought on the dealership, thanks to Jack for giving me a bogus number for corporate. What he did do was give me an 800 number which lead me to the Customer complain division. The wonderful woman on the phone filed my case and gave me my reference number. I still do not understand why they simply did not just return my money and take the car back. I hope Jack can answer these questions for the investigative reporter and camera people when they show up next week. More
Service dept is a disaster Went in for service and was told that there is a 1 hour wait for a oil change after 2 1/2 hours I got my car back. In the mean while was outside the shop and all I hear was remarks about things that should not be said out load coming from the shop. Very unprofessional Service technicians. I will not return to this dealer. I am writing a letter to the owner about this matter. Really not a way to run a business. More

While Honda motor Corp never sent us notification of any extended warranty re the engine block we were extremely happy with the service provided by Baron. While we dropped the car off on Thursday afternoon, they had the part by Friday morning and the work completed by Friday afternoon! More
Went for service left with a new car I came for my Crv that had over 200K miles. My breaks needed to be changed and the price to change them was almost as much as the value of the car. Problem was I was still financing my car so I didn't know what to do. The people at the service area sent me to sales in case. All the people working there are great- Service included. I was talking to Robert Noto and he was great! He helped me figure out my options without pressuring me into buying or leasing. He told me how much my car was worth and that if I wanted I could trade it in and they will pay off my loan. He got me a great price and helped me with insurance and everything I needed. My experience was hands down the best I have had buying a car. I would recommend this Honda even if it's further than you'd like! And ask for Robert Noto he was awesome! More
