Comfortable I felt comfortable having my car worked on by Baron Bros. I brought my 2006 ridgeline in to have the airbag inflator changed. This was under a recall. Jack Curran scammed and lied!!! Total xxxxxxx My name is Danielle Valerioti and I am retracting any kind words I said about Jack Curran in my original review. It has come to my attention that Jac My name is Danielle Valerioti and I am retracting any kind words I said about Jack Curran in my original review. It has come to my attention that Jack deliberately mislead my last month (September 2015), when I brought in my car because it was ruined because it was a defect. At that time Jack told me that my ONLY option was to start up a brand new lease. Trusting that he is an honest person, I sadly believed that signing a new contract was the only thing to do, so we did. Yesterday (Oct. 21), when I went into the dealership, Jack admitted that he totally scammed me by making me sign the new lease, and what he SHOULD have done was to send me to service because the car was still under warranty. What's worse it that Tony agreed that I should never have been told to sign a new lease. He was actually puzzled about why Jack would have even done that. When we questioned Jack and ran away and refused to answer. I asked Tony just to give me my $3,000 back and take the car back, but he said he would have to figure it out with Dominic Roncone tomorrow, (today October 22), and that they would call me in the morning. Well, needless to say, when I didn't hear from them, I called and was told that Tony took today off. When I asked to speak with Dominic, I was transferred to his voice mail. I left him a message asking him to please call me back. It is now 8:02pm and nobody has contacted me. It seems they would rather NOT do the right thing. They have decided to keep my money and deal with what is about to erupt from this xxxx STORM they just created. Unfortunately for them, and probably the entire staff, they now have to face the investigation that is being brought on the dealership, thanks to Jack for giving me a bogus number for corporate. What he did do was give me an 800 number which lead me to the Customer complain division. The wonderful woman on the phone filed my case and gave me my reference number. I still do not understand why they simply did not just return my money and take the car back. I hope Jack can answer these questions for the investigative reporter and camera people when they show up next week. More
Service dept is a disaster Went in for service and was told that there is a 1 hour wait for a oil change after 2 1/2 hours I got my car back. In the mean while was outside the Went in for service and was told that there is a 1 hour wait for a oil change after 2 1/2 hours I got my car back. In the mean while was outside the shop and all I hear was remarks about things that should not be said out load coming from the shop. Very unprofessional Service technicians. I will not return to this dealer. I am writing a letter to the owner about this matter. Really not a way to run a business. More

They had the perfect car for me and he made the process very easy. Together with Dominick and Theresa they facilitated the purchase so that three hours later , I drove home with a new car. More
professional and expedient We have purchased four Hondas from Baron and consider Honda to be our only Honda dealer. The service department recently handled an extended warranty We have purchased four Hondas from Baron and consider Honda to be our only Honda dealer. The service department recently handled an extended warranty repair on our 2007 Civic. While Honda motor Corp never sent us notification of any extended warranty re the engine block we were extremely happy with the service provided by Baron. While we dropped the car off on Thursday afternoon, they had the part by Friday morning and the work completed by Friday afternoon! More
Went for service left with a new car I came for my Crv that had over 200K miles. My breaks needed to be changed and the price to change them was almost as much as the value of the car. Pr I came for my Crv that had over 200K miles. My breaks needed to be changed and the price to change them was almost as much as the value of the car. Problem was I was still financing my car so I didn't know what to do. The people at the service area sent me to sales in case. All the people working there are great- Service included. I was talking to Robert Noto and he was great! He helped me figure out my options without pressuring me into buying or leasing. He told me how much my car was worth and that if I wanted I could trade it in and they will pay off my loan. He got me a great price and helped me with insurance and everything I needed. My experience was hands down the best I have had buying a car. I would recommend this Honda even if it's further than you'd like! And ask for Robert Noto he was awesome! More

I bought a 2011 Honda pilot at Baron Honda-route 112, Patchogue. sale of vehicle was pending the rims being reconditioned to new. The whole process went ok until the first family ride. We noticed the whe Patchogue. sale of vehicle was pending the rims being reconditioned to new. The whole process went ok until the first family ride. We noticed the wheels were out of balance. I requested by phone that the weights used for balancing be placed in a hidden location as before. I was told no problem from service dept. I was told to come down to drop my vehicle off and make sure I put it in writing so that there would be no mistake. Which I did. Tony Noto, the sales manager accepted my car into service and triple underlined my request for the weights to not be placed on the face of the rim. Sounds simple enough. However, the weights were placed on the face of the rim, causing damage. Their service manager refused to remove the weights which would disclose the damage beneath saying that it could not be done any other way. This lead to arguing back and forth for two days because conveniently the only people who could right this wrong were not available. When finally I was able to speak to Dominick the general manager, I was told that they refused to release the vehicle, because it would be unsafe to undo the balancing and also refused to balance from behind because his way was the right way to do it and pilots could not be static balanced which hides the weights. This is ridiculous because the type of vehicle has nothing to do with balancing a tire and rim. Hiding the weights is the preferred method of balancing for many quality rims. They also refused to be responsible for damage of rim after removal by anyone else because they couldn't trust that they would be removed correctly. This clearly and conveniently removes them from all liability of the damage that their mistake caused to the new rim. Apparently only their service department is qualified to balance tires. This must be a really technical procedure. lol. This is a blatant case of not taking responsibility for their mistake. Things got out of hand and after 3 days for a 5 minute wheel balance, my car was returned with 2 door dings, one small dent over the fender well and multiple small nicks and scratches. I hope this gives you an idea of the quality of people you are dealing with at Baron Honda. I hope you don’t have a real issue to deal with through them. Can you imagine being told that the service manager has the last say of anything on your vehicle. What I brought it there for was discussed and in writing, but he did it his way and never called to discuss the matter. It is clearly a cover up for a stupid mistake. Apparently Dominick the general manager talked to Mr. baron, who claimed that they have to do what the service manager felt was right. After all this, I want you to know the truck was sold to me by baron with the weights on the inside of the rim . I told them this and after waiting a day was told, "that was a mistake, now they’re done right" and refused to return them to the way they were. Problem is that I bought and own the vehicle now, not them. Even after a failed NYS inspection, which could be due to poor brakes, tires and other serious issues, it is your right to leave and have someone else do the work. So I leave saying caveat emptor (let the buyer beware) and be careful at Baron, Route 112, Patchogue. More
I initially bought my car from this dealership and have had it serviced regularly there. Time and time again, the men would try and upsell me on things for my car that I wouldn't even need. The latest time had it serviced regularly there. Time and time again, the men would try and upsell me on things for my car that I wouldn't even need. The latest time I went to get my oil changed, they came back to me with a list of things I needed to get done totalling $800! I decided to go get a second opinion to see if I needed all the work done that Baron Honda was proposing. Turns out I didn't need ANY of the work done. Plus, the mechanics at Baron put my directional tires on backwards! To make matters worse, the men at the desk were hitting on me in front of my boyfriend which was very rude and unnecessary. I would neve. Go back there again or trust their expertise. Overall experience with them has been very shady. More
