She was a FANTASTIC sales person, so kind, patient, understanding and knew her stuff! I would HIGHLY recommend Sheina to anyone looking for a wonderful car, with a great price, you can totally trust this woman. She is bright, smart, caring, and real. I loved working with her! The sales manager Ric Comstock was also awesome, got me a great price and financing, and they were both totally professional. The whole staff, from the front desk person (Kristin I think) to the Financing Manager (can't remember his name, sorry, but he was GREAT) were all so inviting, down-to-earth, and just plain GREAT! It's a beautiful store, no attitude, no hassle, and I will continue to buy cars with them. I can not say enough good things about Baron Mini! The car drives like a dream (around 45,000 miles) but looks like new. They even shared the Car Fax with me, and told me they'd sold the car there when it was new and remembered its history, that really makes you feel safe and solid! I loved working with Sheina! I've sold cars myself for awhile, and so knew the whole process, and she as just FANTSTIC to work with. But the fundamental part of the experience is the Baron MINI people themselves. Each employee is friendly and as excited as the buyer about the automobiles that they are selling. Their excitement is infectious. Samer is the brilliant, creative artist who has the most amazing eye for style. If you can imagine it, Samer can do it. Lisa is charming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Both are extremely patient and kin, leaving you with the feeling that they really want to provide you with the car most suited to you. She made sure the options that I wanted were installed on the car, in an efficient manner. I will refer people to her any chance I get. Robert Mitchell did an excellent job with the paper work and explaining the optional products that could be purchased. No high pressure, just great information and you can make up your own mind on what you need and don't need. I appreciated that approach. Finally, I think I got a quality car for a very fair price.
