Apparently not knowledgeable about cars they are selling or about financing, gave misinformation, ruined an already existing prequalified loan by reapplying for no reason. Coerced to install a non working a or about financing, gave misinformation, ruined an already existing prequalified loan by reapplying for no reason. Coerced to install a non working app( that they get credit for) while canceling the service on my existing other Nissan. Went back to pick plates as instructed to be told they mailed them already. No plate covers given. Most lengthy and complicated purchase of an auto we ever made, took multiple days. More

Oil change, inspection and air filter replacement was done much faster than expected. They also did not up sell any unnecessary work.
