I trust your service department and will continue choosing you to take care of my car. Years ago there was another Nissan dealer right near where I live, in Great Neck. So, I brought my car to them b choosing you to take care of my car. Years ago there was another Nissan dealer right near where I live, in Great Neck. So, I brought my car to them because it was making a noise. So they "fixed" it, but the noise was still there. As it turned out, they fixed something that did not even need fixing. After that, I brought it to you again, and you repaired the car correctly. (Your mechanics identified very quickly that it was the calipers.) Ever since then, I haven't taken my car anywhere else.
