Professional, courteous and transparent; three words you don't often hear associated with a car dealership but perfectly describe Baron Nissan. I was greeted promptly, treated with respect and informed every step of the way how long things would take. They acted like my time was as valuable as theirs. The showroom is clean, the staff all appear to like their jobs, and management appears to have everything running smoothly. I worked at dealerships for years and I can recognize when one is operating as it should. Baron fits this description. Thanks to the manager Christine for coordinating everything for me. Austin, a salesperson who expedited the process and to Reda, the finance manager who was transparent, showing me the different financing options without gimmicks so many others attempt. And, I must say, it's not that Baron merely avoided the bad habits of other dealerships, the staff went above and beyond every chance they got. More

Nissan Refused to service my vehicle for whatever reason or justification they gave. I had to bring it to my personal mechanic who provided professional service and returned my vehicle in perfect condition. or justification they gave.
