Jason, I left your office happy. You informed me the work was done 2 hours later than promised. Which is fine My issue is that you called me 24 hours later to say you didn't do the work. l. This wasn't a miscommunication. I believe you deliberately misled me. Why not say at the time we only did 1/2 the work?

Sorry that I feel this way....That is very condescending. Own up to the fact that you failed here. I dropped my car off for two recalls. I picked up my car, and you said all was great, failing to tell me that you didn't do half the work. Apologize and have some proper service.,
