The diesel technician seems very knowledgeable and the service case manager Michael Ingram was very helpful. They did a great job with my Royal Treatment. The only problem is, the front office sold me 2 Royal Treatment cards, with one I didn't even realize was on the loan. Because I live in another town, my husband changes my oil when we can't make it in. Now, the service dept said my Royal treatments have expired! My loan has not, but the treatments have, even though I've only used maybe 4 of twelve. They should not expire as long as the person who has the loan and bought the treatments owns the vehicle! Now, I'm still paying for something I can't use! More
