Found what I was looking for, paid a fair price- I'm glad my co-worker suggested we stop by Bart's Ft Wayne, as I was having trouble finding a Buick Rendezvous in good shape and at the right price. Three on the lot, though the most recent trade-in was a mess inside. Good lord how some people don't take care of their cars. Ugh. The following day I test drove the car I was interested in, worked out a fair price with Joe and Jason, and took the car home that night. We brought a check for the amount the following day and picked up my car, which was safely parked in their lot overnight. Good experience I had used the website and borrowed down some choices. I used the chat feature and hooked up with Troy right away. The team took our trade with no hassle and worked on getting us approved. It was close to closing time and they let us take new car home. We returned saturday afternoon (again no rush) and they had paperwork all ready for us to sign. No waiting around for hours or answers as I have experienced before or told to try another vehicle.
