My car was under the Fords blue advantage program so when a service light had came up Robert bell was very professional and acted upon fast to make sure any underlying issues were resolved then and there at the Audi service dealership. A week later Rob even called back to make sure everything was fine with my vehicle and let me know that if I needed anything to give him a call. This made me feel a lot better about my purchase and ultimately I had a great experience at Barton’s ford of Suffolk so thank you! More
