Excellent experience My salesman Barry Mallory was sincere, excellent customer service skills, professional, and a man of his word. The other salesmen, finance manager and owner were exceptional as well. They offered us something to drink and eat while waited for our team in the finance section. Barry had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived. He greeted us with a smile on his face and treated us with respect. He didn’t pressure us to buy this car. We found two items that needed attention and Barry immediately told his manager and he agreed to take care of those items. I was really impressed that the whole process took 3 hours for the whole process. I was expressed because at the last dealership it at least 6 hours. Also, I was impressed that we were given the Carfax report without being asked which was the 1st for me. I would absolutely recommend Barry Mallory and this dealership. I had a prequalified offer and his finance manager found me a better interest rate. More
