Service visit. Not a positive experience. Five service reps talking and laughing, didn’t even acknowledge me for a few minutes, was passed off to somebody who also Not a positive experience. Five service reps talking and laughing, didn’t even acknowledge me for a few minutes, was passed off to somebody who also didn’t even acknowledge my presence ( he was busy rearranging his pen cup). Then started with the upsell. Tires, brakes, tie rod, alignment, blah blah blah. Then had to keep my car overnight for a light housing. Very disappointing. More
