Miro is an awesome sales person My lease was coming due and si made a trip into Basil to decide what I wanted to do. Miro greeted me asked me some basic questions about my preferences and BAM pulled up in my next car! He was fast, efficient and friendly! He pointed out all the features of the car and even made sure the car was warmed up while we signed the paperwork! We have another car who's lease is up in a few months- We will definitely go see Miro for that car too! One other note we dealt with the paperwork with Ben, he was also very personable and helpful. Upon arrival at the lot I met with James and he was quite helpful. I'm a bit of a particular person but he took the time to explain anything I asked and wasn't pushy, which has always been my fear when it comes to car salesmen. When it came time to close, the price was very fair and again, they didn't try to push on extras that I didn't want or need (ie extended warranty, etc). Overall, a great car buying experience More
