First time getting service here. Way better then Dave Smith Ford. Employees are much friendlier. And appear to somewhat enjoy what they do. Service member Angela was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I am not happy with whoever did the inspection. I asked when I brought cat in to please put on inspection knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I am not happy with whoever did the inspection. I asked when I brought cat in to please put on inspection sticker on straight so I can match registration sticker. It was put on crooked. There is a postal employee sticker right above inspection sticker that is longer and very straight. All anyone had to do is place right below using postal sticker as a guide. This happens quite frequently at Basil Ford, that's why I mentioned to please put it on straight. Well it didn't matter because it is on crooked. My husband switched Escape to West Herr Ford. I am wondering this possibility for other 2 cars because if Basil Ford can't put a small sticker on straight what else are they doing wrong. More

I dropped my car off on Sunday night for the service dept to work on it Monday. They replaced my brakes and I picked it up Monday night. The next day I drove my car it’s making a funny thumping noise every t to work on it Monday. They replaced my brakes and I picked it up Monday night. The next day I drove my car it’s making a funny thumping noise every time I brake. I took it back to them to check and see what is the problem. It was not making that noise prior to them doing the work. I was told I needed yet another part. When I explain to him my car was not making that noise before they replaced the brake. Jeremy ask me if I drove in the storm on Monday. How can I drive in the storm on Monday when my car was at your shop getting worked on. I’m really questioning the integrity of this service department. More
