The service overall was the worse experience I ever had taking any of my vehicles anywhere for service. The service advisor seemed clueless and the mechanic did a half fast job not sure if he knew how to d taking any of my vehicles anywhere for service. The service advisor seemed clueless and the mechanic did a half fast job not sure if he knew how to do a NYS inspection as well as the service advisor. I went in there and told them a front head light was out and some how I still passed with flying colors of the NYS inspection. Most people might be happy about that part but I'm frustrated! Also, thanks for passing tires the barely pass maybe not even and doing a tire rotation for me which I had to pay for. Maybe I should be happy about that part to that you didn't try to upsell me any recommendations or even mention to me about needing new tires. Hopefully yous atleast did the oil change correctly. Little worried to ever trust taking a vehicle for service there ever again! Unless perhaps I want a junker car to pass a NYS inspection. More
