Service writer was good. My concern was the service performed. I received no oil/filter sticker, no oil change reset, no air filter inspection, no tire pressure correction. Paid for the works. experience at quick lane service I waited over 2 hrs to get my oil changed. Also my $50 oil change turn into a $288 oil change. Service writer trying to sell me every fluid change tha I waited over 2 hrs to get my oil changed. Also my $50 oil change turn into a $288 oil change. Service writer trying to sell me every fluid change that dealer offered if I would have done everything my $50 oil change would have been close to $1000. Not real happy lately with basil service dept been going there along time lot of new faces and people not following thru on what they are supposed to do More
