Oil change 10000 mile check up No problem last visit 2 1/2;yrs ago when got another lease was led to believe the remaining 10 months on my original lease would be waived when I leas No problem last visit 2 1/2;yrs ago when got another lease was led to believe the remaining 10 months on my original lease would be waived when I leased the 2016 fusion I later found out that the remaining payments were figured into my new payment. When I brought it up to another salesman I was told the process was not explained properly. Nothing could be done so I was out $3000. More

Tire repair Traveled to Buffalo area for MAAC swim championships. Tire was going flat and was on Walden ave looking for a repair shore at 7pm. Pulled into Basil Traveled to Buffalo area for MAAC swim championships. Tire was going flat and was on Walden ave looking for a repair shore at 7pm. Pulled into Basil Ford and they were just closing for the day. I spoke to Jose in service and he said no problem bring the vehicle in and he found a nail in the right rear tire. Even though they were done for the day, he had his repair guys stayed longer and they patched and balance the tire and got me and family on our way in less than 20 minutes. Great service and no hesitation on his part or his staff to help me out. Thx Jose and repair guys for going out of your way to help out an out of town traveler! I later found out that my sister buys and services her vehicles at Basil and has a good history with them as well More
