Unsatisfactory service. Technician refused to wear mask and ignored me when I said something about it to him. Changed settings on dashboard to set clock and didn't change back to my regular settings. Overall, very good service. My most recent visit was for a recall, along with NY Inspection, routine service and a small broken interior part. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. They didn’t go over the time they stated it would take....I really appreciate that in a dealership, because I am very busy and my time is valuable. They even were able to fix the small broken part. They did order a new one under warranty also, in case the repair doesn’t hold up. My car was returned to me in the same condition as it came in as far as cleanliness. (No grease on doors, door handles, seats, no dirt on the floor from dirty shoes...clean-conscious workers....that I have experienced with other dealerships) I only have one complaint, and that is that during this period of extra precautions due to Covid, they sprayed a sanitizer on the surfaces when they were done and the particular product they use has a fragrance.....Unfortunately, I have an allergy to fragrances, so not only did my long ride home make me sick, but I will have to air the car out extensively to get rid of the smell. Had I known, I would have asked them to let me sanitize it with my own product. And speaking of covid, the staff all seemed to be very conscientious of distance and equipped with masks. I was very happy with the way my initial lease deal was handled and continue to be happy with service as well. #1 Toyota Dealership in the Buffalo area in my opinion!! More
