RIP OFF Bought car in October 2019 at 80100 miles paid for extended warranty $ 2,000 for that. Rear calipers seize after 3,500 miles they cover the calipers but not the damage done by the calipers in the tune of $ 900 dollars for complete brakes that were damaged by calipers were is the 12 month 12,000 mile warranty and extended warranty they claim the car was CERTIFIED Kevin in service completre idiot is a liar if I had him as a customer rep at my office he would have been gone long ago 0 personality I went in there to explain how do you charge for repairs damaged by the fault of the calipers was given 300 hundred back and it should have been 450 if a tree comes through your window and breaks the vase on the dining room table you just cover the broke window?????????????? Never would pay for extended warranty and used car not if theyt were the last people on earth Ray was nice guy More

inspite of cov19, Basil still did their job our lease was up june 2, 2020. we called to get a new 2020 Rav4 may 20th. they had just what we wanted (black) moonroof and allwhweel, etc. had all t our lease was up june 2, 2020. we called to get a new 2020 Rav4 may 20th. they had just what we wanted (black) moonroof and allwhweel, etc. had all the financing and forms done online. could not have been a better experience, friendly and professional.
