Great dealership to work with. My salesman Mike Otwell knew his stuff about the vehicle I was looking at. The manager was polite and didnt talk down to me. terrible Service Department, exhorbitant fees ( $140/hour ) This is a review regarding my oil change on Wed Dec 04, 2019. They put 5W-20 oil in my 2003 Nissan Xterra while, according to the 2003 Nissan Xterr This is a review regarding my oil change on Wed Dec 04, 2019. They put 5W-20 oil in my 2003 Nissan Xterra while, according to the 2003 Nissan Xterra Owner's Manual, it requires 5W-30 oil. After the car was serviced at this Basil Toyota (Lockport, NY) dealership, I was not able to start the engine; They refused to identify the problem unless I pay them additional $140. So the car had to be towed (via my AAA insurance) from them to the nearby Nissan dealership. Very unfriendly Service Manager, too. More
