Excellent Customer Service I was contacted by Basil Toyota offering me free service on our 2016 Sienna, so I decided to take advantage of a free oil change. This was not my fir I was contacted by Basil Toyota offering me free service on our 2016 Sienna, so I decided to take advantage of a free oil change. This was not my first visit to the Basil Toyota dealership and it certainly won't be my last. I arrived early but that didn't matter. They took my van in within a few minutes of my arrival and did a complete system inspection along with the oil and filter change. Again, this was all at no cost to me. From the moment you get to this dealership you are greeted by friendly people. The staff is courteous, professional, and very efficient. This was a great experience. More

Great Service! Treated well at Basil Toyota yesterday- they are pleasant and knowledgeable. Very nice waiting area but I wish they would get the TVs off Fox, show ot Treated well at Basil Toyota yesterday- they are pleasant and knowledgeable.
