incompetent I tried to order accessories for my Tacoma. Parts received but lost. Incorrect parts received. Gave hard time when asking for refund. They check out my problem and let me know the cost or what is covered with warranty. I have never had a bad experience. Steve called me to check on how my car was working after I had it serviced. The next day, I went on their site because I was going to buy another car from them. I bought a 2017 Camary with 5000 miles on it. While searching I see another 2017 Camary with 2000 miles on it for $5000 less, which I had no clue they even had. I was showed 2 cars, a 14k car then right to 22k. When I called about it the salesman Scott told me it was due to damage on back bumper and seat color. The post said nothing about the damage and said it was being fixed. Let’s say that's true that’s going to bring it down $5000 & even if so why not offer it to me. 20 min after I complained the price of that car jumped $2000. The following day I spoke to Ryan Hunter and he said that vehicle is not even for sale (it was still on site), when I mentioned it was still on site he said "that's how things are done”. I guess I’ll have to chalk it up to be fast talked by a couple of used car salesman. What I will not take fault for; We were sitting with Scott and Ryan comes with “I got great news, you even got an extended warranty”. The following day I noticed we were charged $1163.00 for it. I called Scott, he verified Ryan said that but said he wasn’t sure what was said behind closed doors. When I talked to Ryan he denied even saying that, and said "I do this for a living" . I bet you do, how many other people you got. So these fast talking used car salesman over charged me $1163.00. BUYER BEWARE when dealing with this dealership and RYAN HUNTER More
Disappointed My service maintenance light was on so I went to Basil Toyota to have my car serviced they came out and told me my engine air filter and cabin air fil My service maintenance light was on so I went to Basil Toyota to have my car serviced they came out and told me my engine air filter and cabin air filter needed replacing. As im driving my car I notice that my car is driving much harder after I got it serviced plus my heater fan is now making loud noses when I turn up the blower. Called explained it all to a service representative he wants me to bring it back in. But if he find the problem is to something Toyota caused I may not have to pay but if it some new problem then I will have to come out of pocket again. My car went in with no problems just a routine oil change. I fill like im being taken advantage of. I fill like they created a problem to make more money off of me. Im a single mom can't afford to pay anything else!!! My car is a 2016 with only 35,000 miles on it More
