This always helps time fly while you were waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. They also have a very cozy waiting room with fireplace and large screen TV. I have never had an extremely long wait Either way. This is the only dealership I've ever seen that has free hot dogs cooking on their back patio on Saturdays. How can you beat that service? More

Not a good experience I just started shopping for a new car. It was busy there, Saturday afternoon. They had a full team of associates up front and it took at least 20 min I just started shopping for a new car. It was busy there, Saturday afternoon. They had a full team of associates up front and it took at least 20 minutes to come over to us. The guy was not all that friendly. I would tell you his name but I forgot and threw out his business card. I took a stock, bare-bones Tacoma for a test drive. It was ok, not great. They wanted over $36,000 for it and only offered $3,000 for my 2010 Toyota Sienna. They would not budge. I told him I wanted a low monthly payment and one of the options he figured out was over $600 a month payment schedule. I told him too much for that truck, they needed to find a way to give me more in trade or knock some off price. He made it clear they would not do either. I should have prefaced by saying blue book value is between $5,000-$8,000. They also advertised a pickup for $28,000. I wanted to buy and of course they are pushing leases big time. At Basil Toyota, the customer is always wrong. More
Should have walked out I have shopped for vehicles for almost 30yrs and never have I had so many problems with a dealership. My wait time was horrendous. I was told one thing and then they came back with another. The finance person just would not take no for an answer. I felt pressured on every thing I did. Never got a straight answer for anything. Was back and forth to the dealership about 7 different times for an issue that could have been resolved in 1 day. Never would I go back to buy a vehicle from this place. The only good thing from this place was the saleman who delivered the truck to me. He was great. More

They told me it would take about 3 hours, (1:30). When I came back in at 2:00 to see if my vehicle was ready, I waited another hour, (3:00). Normally this dealership is excellent, so I'm chalking it up to over booking. My car looked great, but it was tied up most of the day. The service person was nice, but gave me coupons that were going to expire 12/17 for $20 off of an oil change and free inspection for my wait. I won't be back until February. More
