The service department at Basil is first class and also very helpful. They never pressure you into purchasing anything that is not truly needed. I have found our experience when dealing with Basil Toyota to be pleasant and enjoyable. More

Salesman Tim Seacrist has been very responsive and always addressed my questions and concerns. The service department has done a good job on whatever I have brought the cars in for. To be treated decently and get the job done is all that I ask and I have gotten that. The new luxury building, free coffee, wi-fi, etc. are pleasant but would mean little without satisfactory service. I always think that every dealer's service is too expensive but I feel that if I have a problem they will do the best job sorting it out. I would recommend them to ohers. More

Above and beyond The service team at Basil did an outstanding job fixing my sun visor that was not a straight forward fix (Do not believe You Tube videos on how "easy The service team at Basil did an outstanding job fixing my sun visor that was not a straight forward fix (Do not believe You Tube videos on how "easy it is to do yourself"). Dwayne and John and Steve were creative and kept my cost to repair it affordable and even stayed late to finish it. I love this team and would not trust my car to anyone else. More

I've been purchasing cars for 25 years from various dealerships in the area and have had many good experiences outside of Basil Toyota. They are fine as long as you fork over money, but if you have any concerns or issues, you are on your own. I love Toyota vehicles, but my experience with them has been so bad that I stop driving them all together. I don't often post reviews like this so understand that this was so bad that I took time out of my busy schedule just to make others aware and hopefully avoid a similar experience. More
Bought a "certified pre-owned" car that had aftermarket part 2011 Prius had aftermarket wheels on it to fit the size 17 tires that are not OEM. THe rims are awful and the chrome plating has ruined two of our ti 2011 Prius had aftermarket wheels on it to fit the size 17 tires that are not OEM. THe rims are awful and the chrome plating has ruined two of our tires. It also came with 1 key fob. When I asked about the rims later, I found out that Basil service was the provider of the aftermarket rims---they were the ones who switched them out, so they had to be fully aware of the non OEM, low quality of the wheels. Bottom line: This car did NOT meet certified definition. I bought a second key later and they wouldn't give me a price break even though they should have provided 2. The biggest scam: After agreeing to purchase car and warranty, the slick salesman told us the best way to optimize warranty was to drop the Certified designation from the car. A great way for them to cover their butts against future challenges on the Certified standard of the car. BUYER BEWARE: Certified Pre-Owned does NOT mean it meets Toyota standards. More
