Not only did they take care of my emergency promptly, (despite an obviously busy service area) but they took care of the three routine, non emergency items so I wouldn't have to return again for my original scheduled appointment. James was great about looking into a concern that I had and reporting back to me. He even volunteered to go above and beyond with an application regarding a worn out part. Their service is always professional ! More

Made the impossible possible I was in what I thought would be a terrible equity situation, needing to trade in a 3 month old 2017 4Runner for a Tundra for the increased towing. I I was in what I thought would be a terrible equity situation, needing to trade in a 3 month old 2017 4Runner for a Tundra for the increased towing. I expected to either be unable to do so or to take a bath on the devaluation. Basil was able to get me into a brand new 2017 Tundra Crewmax TRD Off-road for no loss. My payment went up $30/month for the same term and an even lower interest rate with only title/registration fees in addition to the trade. The other two dealers I spoke with had payment models at $200/month increases. The dealership bent over backward to help me get into a vehicle that fit my needs. I have already recommended them to several others locally and would buy again from them in a heartbeat. Well done Basil! More

Salesman Tim Seacrist has been very responsive and always addressed my questions and concerns. The service department has done a good job on whatever I have brought the cars in for. To be treated decently and get the job done is all that I ask and I have gotten that. The new luxury building, free coffee, wi-fi, etc. are pleasant but would mean little without satisfactory service. I always think that every dealer's service is too expensive but I feel that if I have a problem they will do the best job sorting it out. I would recommend them to ohers. More
