service is great,dealer not I bought a 2012 Tacoma at full price for a 2015 truck, if that is your idea of a "good deal" the go for it. The service is as good as I expected ,except that I "thought" [ see I trusted the word of the 'used car dealer' ] that ALL was covered and finding paint damage more than a few spots, was told "suck it up, we don't do that". Exceptional Service Awoke one morning and found that our Camry was completely without power. The AAA service said that it was either the battery or starter. Called Basi Awoke one morning and found that our Camry was completely without power. The AAA service said that it was either the battery or starter. Called Basil Toyota which immediately scheduled an appointment that morning. AAA service towed the Camry to Basil Toyota. After a reasonable wait, it was determined that only the battery needed replacement. Once replaced I was happily back on the road. More

Best Day Ever! I have been in the market for a new car for quite some time now. I live about 40 minutes from this particular dealership and when I received a call fr I have been in the market for a new car for quite some time now. I live about 40 minutes from this particular dealership and when I received a call from the dealership, the staff was so pleasant I figured that I would give it a shot. From the moment I walked in I felt like part of the family. Everyone was very welcoming and I received a no hassle discussion about the car I was interested in. By far the best sales and service staff in the state! This is the one and only place I would recommend to anyone I know, because I would want anyone to receive the service that I did!! More

High pressure one day only I received a letter from the dealership offering to purchase my car for $5300. I called the dealer to make sure it was a legitimate offer and was assu I received a letter from the dealership offering to purchase my car for $5300. I called the dealer to make sure it was a legitimate offer and was assured it was. When I arrived they offered me $3800 cash or $7000 on a trade. Disappointed as I was I took the cash. I was told check would be ready Monday. I could pick it up or have it mailed. I adked them to mail it. I called Wednesday of that week to see if the check had been mailed yet and they had no idea. Overall my experience was awful at this dealership. They trap you there by taking your key and then disappearing. I would never do business with them again. More

sales great - service - not so sure about - yet we bought an older used (08) Corolla - and the sakes dept. was great - finance was wonderful to work with. But the next day - when I had to call servi we bought an older used (08) Corolla - and the sakes dept. was great - finance was wonderful to work with. But the next day - when I had to call service, as they had put new brakes on the front - during a ride that first evening - the front hubcaps fell off and we could not locate them. And it addition to that the windshield had some cracks. I was told I needed to speak with Joe who services the used cars and he would be in about 8 am. I waited until 10 am and called again - he said he would check with his service manager and call me back - I waited until almost 3 and called again - this time I demanded to speak with a manager. I was put with a customer relationship manager who assured me it would be looked into. Within minutes Joe called - new hubcaps ordered - BUT they would replace windshield - they would fix cracks but no way was I getting a new windshield. There are "bubbles" in the glass that when driving into the rising or setting sun - it's like the windshield is fogged over. to me it's a safety issue - but if they can fix it I will be okay with that. Juts unsure about how future service issues will be since they were not proactive about the first time I called when I had owed the car less than 24 hrs. Will have to wait and see - but no happy this far. More
