Awesome Customer Service I brought my 2014 Toyota Camry into Basil Toyota fro a 5,000 mile Synthetic Vehicle Service at no cost to me. Upon entering the service area I was gr I brought my 2014 Toyota Camry into Basil Toyota fro a 5,000 mile Synthetic Vehicle Service at no cost to me. Upon entering the service area I was greeted by Brian and welcomed to Basil. I was waiting for my vehicle work to be done so Brian showed me to (a very comfortable) waiting area. When the service was complete, Brian came and went over what the Service Tech had done. In no time at all I was back on the road with a ticket for a free car wash down the street. This is my 4th purchase from Basil Toyota and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership! More

They were extremely courteous, friendly, responsive to my needs, and I felt the price was fair. The sales person Jamie Janda was very respectful and helpful. This was our first experience with the dealership and we will choose it again. The dealership is a ways from our home, but is worth the trip because of the people. It is also a clean , new building and seems to have very good management and facilities for all necessary work for our car. More

Great service! I was able to book a next day appointment on line long after the dealership was closed. In frigid temperatures I could pull my car right in to the he I was able to book a next day appointment on line long after the dealership was closed. In frigid temperatures I could pull my car right in to the heated garage and it was waiting there for me when it was done. My oil change and tire rotation was done while I enjoyed a complimentary soda and got caught up on the news in the very comfortable waiting area. Friendly staff and great customer service. More
